Complaints Procedure

All staff at Manor Lodge Dental Practice pride themselves in the high level of service and dental care offered to their patients. However if you have any cause for concern please contact the practice or speak to one of our staff.

We operate a formal complaints procedure and a copy of our code of practice can be obtained from the reception. We always aim to resolve any complaints efficiently, effectively as possible and to investigate them in a full and fair way.
